Parts Advisor (Heavy Vehicle or Equipment)

Leal Equipements Compagnie Ltee - a member of Leal Group - is currently looking for a Parts Advisor who will be mainly responsible to promote sales of Spare Parts (Heavy Vehicle or Equipment).

Main Duties

• Deal courteously and patiently with Front Counter Customers as per the Welcome Standard

• Manipulate efficiently the electronic catalogue and the DMS for proper and timely identification of parts

• Ensure that parts are deliver to customer within the minimum delay

Qualifications

• HSC

• Any relevant Tertiary Qualification

• At least 3 years’ experience in the sales of spare parts for heavy construction equipment, material handling and industrial equipment

Other Requisites

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Computer Literate

• Good organizational skills

• A distinctive Customer and Service orientation approach

• Strong team spirit
